I rarely leave a review but your Rep was absolutely great and helpful, so I decided to share my experience. I hurt my knee and had a surgery done a few days ago, and I know the recovery is absolutely the most crucial part of the entire process. The braces Synergy provided have been amazing and all the advise and recommendations given prior to the surgery came in handy after the surgery. They took their time to adjust the braces to my bended knee (which was pretty challenging but they did it beautifully) and to answer all of my questions! Thank you for all the support and care!

Over the past years, we have come to know the Synergy Rep quite well. My son has unfortunately been a frequent flyer with knee injuries. After his first surgery, Synergy fitted my son with a PCL brace. He understood sports minded need for a brace that protects yet allows great performance. Their professionalism, optimism and sense of humor quelled our fears. The brace was a great fit and protects my son’s knee through three sports…football, basketball and baseball. Then another visit for a new brace. Our Synergy Rep went above and beyond to make sure the brace fit properly and protected my son…not my son is a two brace guy! Well done!

I recently had ACL reconstruction surgery. My surgeon recommended a post surgical brace from Synergy main office. I was very impressed that their Rep offered to come to my house and measure me for a custom brace. They handed all the paperwork and had it approved by worker’s comp and delivered to me within a week. Most importantly, they took the time to tell me how to properly wear the brace, adjust it, and how best to break it in. I really felt like they cared about my recovery and they shared a lot of knowledge and experience that will help me get back to full performance.

I was recently fitted for a post surgery orthopedic brace by Synergy for an upcoming ACL replacement surgery scheduled next week. My experience with them was so positive I feel the need to share. When they initially called me to schedule our fitting, they immediately made me feel at ease. I am an extremely busy individual and tend to be short and curt on the phone. After 15 minutes of conversation I found myself smiling from ear to ear and wondering how time had passed so quickly without my realizing it. They are the most genuine, kind and caring people and I got the sense that I was the most important person in their life at the time. When I met them for my actual fitting, it was more of the same. They took their time to measure and fit the brace, taught me how to use it correctly, and spend a lot of time to make sure I was comfortable with my upcoming procedure.
