Objective
The Office Technician will be responsible for data entry, scanning and filing documents.
Key Functions
- Scans Synergy paperwork and files them physically and electronically
- Assist office administrator with calls and other administrative tasks as needed
- Provides information and assistance to clients, customers, and patients
- Answers minor inquires for the general public
- Performs typing and other clerical duties
- Manages Synergy’s filing system
